Today’s Bento:



Mung Bean Sprouts

Hummus (regular and roasted red pepper) with corn chips (not pictured)

Well, not half bad considering I was half asleep this morning (thanks to my sweet little two-year old who had a meltdown from approximately 3a.m. to 5:45a.m., ahem!). That’s the nice thing about bento lunches. You can toss whatever you have in your ‘fridge in there and it usually turns out decently. Try it! You never know, maybe some random combination will end up being your new favorite…
