And….more cabbage!

Cabbage salad with Annie’s Papaya Poppy Seed dressing

3/4 of one small avocado

Black Bean Chili Wrap

Apple

I’m not getting tired of cabbage, but it seems repetitive on the blog. But, on the other hand, when you buy and cook in bulk for the week, you’re going to see repetition! I try to vary it a little every day, as you can see. And soon enough that big head of cabbage and package of black bean burgers will be gone.

I just got Brendan Brazier’s Thrive Diet book. He’s a triathlete who has designed a diet for performance and stress reduction. So, I can’t wait to experiment with the recipes, you’ll likely see the evidence next week via the bento box!¬†Have a good weekend!
